Russian combination hunting sword and flintlock pistol. Early 18th century.

The early steel blade mounted with a flintlock pistol and bronze guard cast with a demonic mask, on a carved horn grip with a bronze pommel depicting a hound and hare.

Condition: Some rust and minor orrosion on the steel parts. Original repair on the blade as shown.

Provenance: Well known American auction, available upon request.
