Silver case pocket watch made by a Swiss maker Cartier Gerard for the Russian market in early 1900's.
Porcelain face marked in Cyrillic "Cartier Gerard, Berne" .Silver case with gold knob, stamped on the inside with numerous silver markings including Russian silver mark - "84" zolotniks and European 0.875. Marked on the side of the case -- "JS&C." With original winding key. The mechanism appears to be original to the watch.
Condition: Cosmetic scratches to the case, restored face and dial, no assurance of working mechanism
