We divide most items into five general levels of rarity:

	Common - frequently seen on collector's market
	Scarce - infrequently seen on collector's market
	Rare - rarely seen on collector's market
	Extremely Rare - highly unusual elite or fancy item
	Museum Quality - worthy of a major museum's collection

We examine all items as thoroughly as we can. All the information provided is true to the best of our knowledge and represented as accurately as possible.

Methods of Payment:

We will gladly accept the following forms of payment:

• Bank certified checks or money orders in US$
• Major Credit Cards
• PayPal
• Western Union or MoneyGram money transfer
• Bank Wire transfer
• Cash in US$ or Euros
• Cash payment in Moscow and St. Petersburg is also possible for some items

Returns:

Returns accepted only if item is grossly misrepresented and within 7 days upon receipt of the item. The item has to be in its original condition in order to qualify for a refund. No inspection privileges and no frivolous returns - all claims of the item not being as described have to have a substantial documented and objectively verifiable basis. We provide great photos and gladly answer any questions you might have - so do your research and ask questions prior making a purchase.

Shipping:

We will gladly ship worldwide. We choose the most appropriate method of shipment and insure all items to cover the entire purchase price. We will provide you a shipping quote and discuss the best way to ship your purchase. With an exception of unusually bulky or heavy items we do not charge a handling or supplies fees on top of shipping charges.
