Soviet Air Force Marshall's uniform with dirk

Comprising of blue/ grey twill siz button breasted tunic, the sky blue wool facings and trim with gold bullion lacing, the gold bullion shoulder boards with silver bullion insigia of a Marshall of the Soviet Airforce. Fully lined. Grey elastique visor cap with gold bullion lacing and cord and multi-element enamel badge. Lining dated 1944. Uniform dirk with double edged blade. Gilt brass-mounted hilt with yellow grip, the pommel molded with 1946-56 pattern Soviet coat-of-arms. Black leather covered scabbard with gilt brass mounts, front of throat teched with Air Force insignia over a rayed sun, reverse with fighter planes flying over the Kremlin tower. Associated gold bullion belt without hangers.
